Strategy Refresh 2025
Leading our Future: Strategy Refresh Member Workshops
In 2025, we’re refreshing our strategy, looking ahead to the next five years and building on our incredible work together to tackle educational inequity.
Collaboration has been at the heart of the Fair Education Alliance since the beginning; from the formation of our first strategy through to our ongoing collective work to create lasting impact and improve the lives of children and young people. Our strategy refresh process is no different. We’re inviting CEOs and senior leaders of every member organisation to join one of our strategy workshops, and we’d love you to join us. This is a key opportunity to help shape a system-wide approach, influence the future of our alliance and increase your organisation's impact.
We’re holding in-person workshops in London, Manchester and Newcastle in March, April and May, as well as online sessions. This means there’s a workshop available for everyone, wherever you are in the country. In addition to being a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the strategy discussion, there will also be time to network with other leaders from across our membership.
Our alliance only exists because of you, our members, so please make every effort to ensure your organisation is represented at these workshops. Spaces are limited – book your place using the form below as soon as possible!
We will also be asking all members to fill in our member survey, which you will receive in February. We value the feedback and insight of our members and hearing from diverse voices across the sector, so please do make time to complete this as it is another key opportunity to influence the way we work together in the future.
“Personally, I’m so excited to be part of the Fair Education Alliance's strategy refresh team.
I joined the FEA four years ago because I am passionate about supporting children and young people. I was drawn to the FEA’s collective vision and networked approach to effecting change.
We are aiming to create our most ambitious strategy to date because it needs to be.”
